A warm welcoming reception served us spontaneously as we approached the main reception made us feel at ease as new comers. The process of doctors appointments and medical examinations were arranged executively with heartwarming hospitality is marked in our memory. The doctors and sisters attended at different departments were remarkably caring. Hope to see a shorter duration to wait for the procedures to be done on our next visit. Overall survice and care taken by the staff of NU Hospital is awesome and commendable.

I have stayed at NU hospital for more than a month and the services and the hospitality of this hospital has been beyond expectation. From the doctors, nurses, house keeping staffs, canteen staffs, front office staffs everyone has been outstandingly kind, attentive, caring and always put their best effort in serving the patients. Would highly recommend this hospital as my experience with this hospital has been so far the best with any hospital I have ever had.
If anyone in your family has a urology issue, NU Hospital is the place to go. I first came here for my dad’s prostate surgery and since then, many of our relatives and friends have had successful treatments here. Most recently, my uncle underwent a BMG surgery with a small chance of success, but the doctors delivered, and the surgery went well. While there were minor issues like lack of variety in food and beverage, the medical team here is excellent. I’m grateful and blessed to have chosen NU Hospital.

I’ve come to NU hospital with my brother , all the way from Yemen , to meet and consult Dr. Prasanna Venkatesh, My brother is suffering from bladder cancer and we have been to all the hospitals in Bangalore And non of them were able to solve the issue in fact they were suggesting to get the bladder removed, then we have heard of Dr Prasanna and we rushed to NU Hospital and got to meet the Dr and explain the problem, since we had all the investigations ready the Dr told us the treatment plan and we proceeded with the plan ، and now my brother is cancer free , we would like to give our regards to Dr. Prasanna and all his team Also special thanks to hospital staff they are very kind and helpful

This is my third time visiting nu hospital for my son’s surgery .. lots of old staff we met before was not here this time but our new coordinator ms.bahvya was there all the time when ever I need … She is very kind and helpful.. and all the nurses are so kind and helpful even though we stayed here for short time ..thank you all the staffs for your kindness
